Cyber Liability Insurance – it is a well-known coverage and a well-known problem. News of a cyber event happens daily, and yet more than 80% of all commercial businesses, nonprofits, and government entities remain uninsured. In fact, in most cases they have never been quoted the coverage. But they do have D&O coverage in place should decisions they make give rise to a cyber event and a subsequent D&O claim.
